Head is our traveling Jaycee. He was acquired at the first Vernon Jaycees social in 1999. Head is passed between the members to encourage getting to know a member that you don't know very well. Head must be passed before the next general meeting. If a member fails to pass Head on then they will be charged in a kangaroo court and face stiff (but fun!) fines.

JCI Vernon meets monthly on the 2nd Thursday of the month.
