Training for September: True Colours
True Colors is a lively and interactive program that has become the easiest and most convenient way of discovering one's strengths and positive attributes. When participants recognize their True Colors, they may see why some careers are better choices and which types of occupations they are best suited for. This workshop will also benefit participants in that it helps facilitate recognition of the potential issues that may arise on the job.
Trainer: Doris Legault - Certified True Colours Facilitator
With over eight years specific experience in one-to-one career counselling, group facilitation (including lifeskills facilitation) and program development, Doris has become practiced at working with a wide variety of small and large groups. Her ability to inspire trust with individuals and provide a supportive environment coupled with the knowledge of this assessment ensures an interactive and positive experience for all.
