Fellowship

Fellowship #15 – Shell Duggan 67th Canadian Junior Chamber National President, Louis Trahan, presented Shell Duggan with an honorary lifetime membership, entitled “Fellow of the Canadian Junior chamber”, at the Vernon Jaycees President’s Dinner, January 12, 2002. The Fellowship is awarded to a member in honor of their outstanding service to the Canadian Junior Chamber. This is the highest award of the Canadian Junior Chamber.
