JCI Vernon invites you to come “Celebrate the Good Times” with us.  2009 marks the 10 year anniversary of JCI Vernon receiving their charter and we have a fun-filled weekend planned.  Remember Saturday Night Fever, Donna Summer and the Bee Gees.  Well they are back at this year’s Regional Convention.  Yes, the theme for the Regional Convention is Disco so bring out your bell-bottoms, polyester suites, and other disco attire.

The weekend will begin with a great evening of fellowship and fun games on the Friday night followed by an excursion to Boomers Night Club.  We are working on bringing you some fantastic training opportunities for Saturday and of course another exciting Effective Speaking Competition.  Saturday night is the Regional Awards Dinner and Dance.  If your spouse or significant other is not attending the convention, don’t forget to invite them to the dinner – tickets for the evening’s festivities are available.  This is the night were we celebrate the great successes of all the chapters in JCI BC/Yukon.  There will be Senators and dignitaries attending.  Sunday will be the Give a Darn Breakfast and a good bye until the next time for all our delegates.
